Yes, we accept pets provided they do not risk damaging the vehicle interior. Cats must be in a mandatory transport box. Dogs must be kept on a leash by the owner and placed on the floor (not on the seats).

A welcome surcharge applies to journeys departing from airports (+€10 parking) and stations (+€5); it does not apply to journeys to an airport or station. Minivans (8 seats) are charged +€10 on the standard rate. There is no surcharge for standard luggage. Night service (10pm-6am) is included in the rate without extra charge. For off-grid destinations, the rate is calculated at €3.30/km + €3 pickup fee.

We guarantee impeccable punctuality. In case of delays beyond our control (traffic conditions), we immediately notify the client. Cancellations are free up to 2 hours before the trip. After this period, cancellation fees may apply.
